LE E C I R C L E R E S T A U R A N T:
Hotel Le Cirque
is home to New Orleans' most celebrated new eatery, Lee Circle Restaurant,
a culinary tour de force combining award-winning Creole cuisine,
ultra chic ambiance, and an extensive wine collection.
Chef Dennis
Hutley's first restaurant, Le Parvenu, earned a place in Zagat's
Top Ten and received the Distinguished Restaurant of North America
Award. In creating this Lee Circle landmark, Hutley teamed up with
Brad Hollingsworth and Johnny Vodanovich, owners of Clancy's, to
create a spectacular New Orleans dining experience. Combining rich
flavors with local delicacies, the menu boasts an ambitious selection
of complex dishes.
To start your
meal, a sampling of your choices includes Mirliton Bisque with jumbo
lump crabmeat, Shell Island Oysters and Brie, and Escargot in Toasted
Garlic Marchand de Vin. The entrée selection includes a variety
of palate-pleasing seafood, poultry, and meat dishes. Among the
most favored are Almond Crusted Snapper "Kell Marie" layered
with crabmeat and smoked lemon buerre blanc sauce, Roast Abita Springs
Quails "Under Glass" with foie gras stuffing and truffle
cream, and the Veal Chop "Mrs. P. served with asparagus, artichoke,
mushroom, and foie gras.
